SGRIESOLONA
Famous venetian recipe, Sgriesolona is a cake that have semplicity as main characteristic: made using gries, flour, sugar, butter, almonds and eggs, it was taken in a trug to the kitchen table already broken in pieces. Hard but delicate, you don't have to cut it in slices or use knife anf fork, but you have to use only hands to taste it with a liquer-like wine.

I Pevarini
Pevarini are biscuits with a secular origin: from the Forties of the last century they could be found in city taverns in big glass jar, and were enjoyed by smokers and lovers of spicy taste.
